The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 released results of September 22-23, 2013 Mechanical Engineer board examination. Ian Jay Torres Matias from Bulacan State University- Malolos (BSU) topped the board with 96.20 percent average grade.
