PRC and BoN released results for December 2012 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) known as Nursing Board exam on Wednesday, January 30, 2013. The board announces after 30 working days that 16,908 out of 49,066 passed examinations.
Examination was administered by PRC at the following testing locations: Manila, All Regional Offices, Zamboanga, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Dagupan & Laoag City last December 16-17, 2012.
The Board of Nursing is leaded by Carmencita M. Abaquin; Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merritt, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto.Tomas, Yolanda C. Arugay and Amelia B. Rosales, Members.

Last December 2011 Nursing Board exam, results released after 42 working days (February 15, 2012) with exam date of December 18-19. Around 34% or 22,760 out of 67,095 passed in the said exam.
June-July Nursing Board Exam on the other hand produced 27,823 new nurses from a total of 60,895 examinees (45.69%). Results given after thirty six (36) working days. Roxanne Trinity Dotingco Lim of University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped NLE with 86.20% rating.
