PRC on Wednesday releases room assignment for Zamboanga City testing location and now available online. PRC and Board of Nursing (BoN) of Region 9 submitted room assignment for December 2012 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) - nursing board exam.
On December 16-17, 2012, PRC Zamboanga will conduct examination in Don Pablo Lorenzo Memorial High School with address at Governor Ramos, Sta. Maria, Zamboanga.
Here are the instructions given by PRC:
1.Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2.Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3.CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4.Wear the prescribed dress code.
PRC Region 9 said that "USE SAME NAME IN ALL EXAMINATION FORMS. IF THERE AN ERROR IN SPELLING,KINDLY REQUEST YOUR ROOM WATCHER(S) TO CORRECT IT."
