August - September 2019 Electrical Engineering board exam result REE, RME: performance of schools

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the top performing schools in the August and September 2019 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) and Registered Master Electricians (RME) board exam. The result is expected to be released on Friday, September 6, 2019 or in four (4) working days after the exam.

PRC administered the second board exam for electrical engineers this year on August 31 and September 1 (REE) and September 2 (RME) in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban and Zamboanga.

Here's the performance of schools in the August and September 2019 Electrical Engineering board exam in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":



PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the September 2018 exams, University of Santo Tomas (UST) and University of Saint Louis - Tuguegarao (USLT) were the top performing schools with 100%, 73 and 52 examinees passed, respectively. University of Batangas followed with 98.31% or 58 out of 59 passed. Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Sto. Tomas led the schools for RME with 96.67% or 58 out of 60 passed.

In the September 2017 REE, UST also led the schools with 98.67% or 74 out of 75 passed the test. PUP - Sto. Tomas followed with 96.36% or 53 out of 55 passed. In the RME exams, PUP-Sto. Tomas dominated the schools with 98.31% or 58 out of 59 successfully hurdled the exams.
