MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Radiologic Technology released results of December 2022 Radiologic Technologist (Radtech) and X-Ray Technologist board exam (RTLE and XTLE) on January 5, 2023 or in seven (7) working days after the exam. The official list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are available on this page as announced online.
As announced, 1,515 out of 3,759 passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination and 49 out of 263 passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination.

PRC administered the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on December 21 and 22, 2022.

The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the said licensure examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.
Radiologic Technologists (Rad Tech) board exam covered the following subjects: radiologic physics, equipment and maintenance, radiobiology, radiation protection and quality assurance, image production and evaluation, radiographic procedures and techniques, and patient care, management, ethics and jurisprudence, human anatomy and physiology and medical terminology and radiological sciences.
Meanwhile, X-Ray Technologist 2-day exam covers the same subjects above excluding radiological sciences.
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1439 series 2021, the target release of results of Radtech and X-ray technologists board exam is on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
However, results might be released ahead of the target or on later date, without prior notice.
In the December 2021 Radiologic Technologist board exams, a total of 786 out of 2,177 passed the exams. 44 out of 155 passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination. The results were released in seven (7) working days after the last day of examinations.
In the first board exam during the pandemic (May 2021), PRC named 776 out of 1,917 who passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination and 21 out of 77 who passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination. Results were out in five (5) working days.
In the July 2019 exams, PRC released results in four (4) working days. The agency named 2,338 out of 4,505 who passed the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination and 64 out of 240 passed the X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination.
In the July 2018 exams, results were also announced in 4 working days. PRC named 2,056 out of 4,356 passed the Radtech exams and 66 out of 258 passed the X-Ray Tech licensure exams.
