MANILA, Philippines – Congrats to all LET passers!
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) advised the schedule of registration and oathtaking as well as availability of verification of ratings page.
PRC administered the second regular LET this year on Sunday, September 24, 2023 in at least 40 testing centers nationwide and in Bangkok, Thailand.
The members of the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced once LET results are out.

The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
NOTE: Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
OATHTAKING SCHEDULE
The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Professional Teachers will be held on the following dates and venues:
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking in order to be tagged as "attended".
It is advised that inductees register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals. Those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request for a special oathtaking after the conduct of ALL the oathtaking in the regions.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
For NCR passers, tickets are available at Arellano University Manila, Legarda St., Sampaloc, Metro. For more information on the oathtaking proper, you may email or message the provided contact details.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
The PRC online verification of ratings (VoR) page for September 2023 Licensure examination for teachers (LET) is now available.
On the official website of PRC (prc.gov.ph), select Verification of Rating under Other eServices section.
You will re redirected to the LERIS page (https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification).
Once you've accessed the VoR page, here are the next steps:
Select the Exam Name (Professional Teacher) and Exam Date (September 2023). Input your application no., first name, last name and birthdate.

The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following:
- Notice of Admission (for identification only);
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag);
- two sets of documentary stamps;
- 1 piece short brown envelope.
