MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Dentistry released results of March 2024 Dental Technologist licensure exam (DTLE) on Thursday, March 7 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam. As announced, 17 out of 24 passed the exams.
PRC administered the licensure exam on March 1 (Written - computer-based) and March 2 and 3 (Practical) in Manila.

The performance of schools in the March 2024 Dental Technologist Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The written exam on March 1 covered the following subjects: basic medical and dental sciences, examinations on ethics and professionalism, removable prosthodontics and fixed prosthodontics.
The practical exam on March 2 and 3, meanwhile, covered the following: complete denture fabrication, removable partial denture, wire bending, fixed partial denture fabrication and metal free restoration.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
According to PRC in a Facebook post on December 19, the target release of March 2024 Dental Technologist board exam results is on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 or in two (2) working days after the last day of exam.
UPDATE: PRC was unable to release results on Tuesday but gave update on the new target release date.
"The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the target date of release of the Dental Technologists Licensure Examination (DTLE) has been moved from March 5, 2024 to March 7, 2024," the agency announced on Tuesday.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the December 2022 Dental Technologist board exam, PRC named 10 out of 16 who passed the exams. Results were announced in three (3) working days after the exams.
In the December 2019 DTLE, PRC named 6 out of 76 passed the exams. Results were released in just one (1) working day.
In the December 2018 exams, 15 out of 35 passed the DTLE. Results were released in two working days.
In the December 2017 exams, PRC named 52 out of 63 who passed the exams. Results were also out in 2 working days.

- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
