MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the top performing schools in the March 2024 Medical Technologist (Medtech) Licensure Examination. The full list of performance of schools is also available on this page as released on March 26 or in two (2) working days after the exam.

PRC conducted the medtech licensure exam (MTLE) on March 21 and 22 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Here's the performance of schools in the March 2024 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation."


PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the August 2023 Medical Technologist licensure exams, Saint Louis University (SLU) topped the schools with 100% passing rate or all 152 of its takers passed. Cagayan State University - Andrews Campus ranked second with 97.50% or 117 out of 120 passed.

In the March 2023 Medtech board exam, Velez College and Cebu Doctors University led the schools with 100% passing rate. SLU came in second with 99.63% or 271 out of 272 passed.

In the August 2022 Medtech board exams, University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao topped the schools with 88.57% or 124 out of 140 passed. De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute came in second spot with 83.53% or 71 out of 85 passed.

In the March 2022 MTLE, University of Baguio was the lone top performing school with 82.18% or 83 out of 101 passed the exams.

In the January 2022 MTLE, SLU topped the schools with 93.98% or 78 out of 83 passed. University of Baguio followed with 84.21% or 80 out of 95 passed.
