MANILA, Philippines - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the top performing schools in the May 2024 nurse licensure examination (NLE) or nursing board exam. The results are released on Monday, May 13 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.

PRC administered the nurse licensure exam on May 6 and 7, 2024 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Here's the performance of schools in the May 2024 Nurse Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation":


PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the November 2023 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exams, 17 schools registered 100% passing rate, including University of Santo Tomas (UST) with 300 passers, Velez College with 234 passers and Cebu Doctors University with 209 passers. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ranked second with 99.49% or 197 out of 198 passed.

In the May 2023 Nursing Licensure Exams, Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), Angeles University Foundation (AUF), Cavite State University (CSU) and Bukidnon State University tied on highest place with 100% passing rate. University of Pangasinan came in second with 99.40%.

In the November 2022 Nursing Licensure Exams, 19 schools tied on highest spot with 100% passing rate. Top performing schools include Saint Louis University (SLU), University of Santo Tomas (UST), Xavier University, among others.

In the May 2022 Nursing Licensure Exams, Far Eastern University (FEU)-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation topped the schools with 98.28% or 57 out of 58 passed. University of Pangasinan came in second with 92.54% or 62 out of 67 passed.

In the November 2021 Nursing Licensure Exams, University of Santo Tomas (UST) was the top performing school with 100% passing rate or all 58 takers passed. Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) followed with 90.63% or 58 out of 64 passed.
