MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release full list of passers of the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), also known as Teachers board exam, on Friday, May 23, 2025 within thirty-nine (39) working days after the exam.
PRC and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) conducted the first regular LET on Sunday, March 23, 2025 in at least 38 testing centers nationwide.
The members of the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

NOTE: PRC said that passing the LET and having valid professional license from the Commission are necessary before the practice of teaching profession in the Philippines. Otherwise, those who will violate may face fine and imprisonment based on penal provisions.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
The schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for Elementary and Secondary level exams will be posted here once results are out online.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Notice of Admission (for identification only)
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag)
- two sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope.
PRC said that successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The dates of the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the March 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) results will be released on Friday, May 23, 2025 or thirty-nine (39) working days after the exams.
Several factors such as the total number of examinees, effect of work cancellations due to calamities and unforeseen events and system of checking the pencil-based tests may cause deviation on target release date.
We still advise takers to monitor developments on the announcement of results.
PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the September 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), PRC released results in fifty-one (51) working days. A total of 48,875 secondary teachers out of 85,926 examinees (56.88%) successfully hurdled the exams.
In the March 2024 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), PRC announced results in forty-seven (47) working days after the exams. A total of 50,539 secondary teachers out of 85,980 examinees (58.78%) successfully passed the exams.
In the September 2023 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), PRC released results in fifty-five (55) working days after the exams. A total of 53,995 secondary teachers out of 95,969 examinees (56.26%) successfully passed the exams.
In the March 2023 LET, PRC announced results in forty-two (42) working days. The agency named 48,005 secondary teachers out of 102,272 examinees (46.94%) who successfully hurdled the exams.
