MANILA, Philippines – The August 2025 Environmental Planner Licensure Exam (EPLE) top 10 or list of topnotchers, together with other results – list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools – are released online today, August 22, 2025, immediately after the last day of examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Computer-Based Environmental Planners Licensure Examination (EPLE) on August 21 and 22, 2025 in Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Rosales.

PREVIOUS EXAMS
In the August 2024 Environmental Planners Licensure Examination, Marco Antonino Amoranto Javier from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman led the passers with 84.30%. John Andrew Binay Cruz from UP-Open University and Raven Esporna Hipolito from UP-Diliman tied on second place with 83.95%.
In the July 2023 Environmental Planner Licensure Exam (EPLE), Janine Montalban Tabares from University of the Philippines-Visayas-Iloilo City aced the board with 82.45%. Frann Christian Regino Serrano from UP-Los Baños (UPLB) ranked second with 81.55.
