MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the postponement of the September 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE), which was originally set for September 27-28, 2025.
The adjustment was made as a precautionary measure against the expected heavy rains and possible risks brought by Severe Tropical Storm “Opong”, which is forecast to affect several areas during the exam period.
According to PRC, the rescheduling prioritizes the safety and welfare of examinees and examination personnel, citing Memorandum Circular No. 102 issued by the Office of the President as basis for the move.

The CELE will now be administered nationwide on November 22-23, 2025.
