CSE-PPT RESULTS 2025 – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) officially releases the results of the August 10, 2025 Civil Service Exam (CSE) for both Professional and SubProfessional levels on October 13, 2025, 64 days after the exam.
Official Announcement
The release date was confirmed on October 7, 2025, through CSC Examination Advisory No. 15, s. 2025, stating:
"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 10 August 2025 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and SubProfessional levels, will be on 13 October 2025."
Originally, the CSC targeted October 18, 2025 for the release, as indicated in Examination Announcement No. 05 dated April 24, 2025. The adjustment reflects the actual number of examinees and processing time.
Exam Statistics
A total of 331,675 individuals took the August 2025 CSE-PPT across 95 testing centers in 16 regions nationwide.

Verification of Rating (OCSERGS)
Examinees can access their individual results, whether passed or failed, through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) starting October 25, 2025. Since this date falls on a Saturday, system availability may be moved to a prior working day or the next regular working day.
To check results, examinees must have their Examinee Number ready and fill in all required information accurately, including personal details and exam specifics (date, type, and testing center). Access OCSERGS here: https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.
Certification of Eligibility (CoE) for Passers
Passers will receive a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC letterhead. Examinees should confirm through CSC announcements if their CoE is available before visiting a CSC Regional or Field Office. Contact details for CSC offices can be found on the official CSC website.
Important Notice
CSC test results, including individual ratings, are final and cannot be appealed or altered. The CSC does not conduct re-checking of exam results and does not round decimal values in ratings.
Next Civil Service Exam
The next CSE-PPT for both Professional and SubProfessional levels is scheduled on March 8, 2026. Application period is from November 3 to 28, 2025.
