FLE RESULTS: October 2025 Forester Licensure Exam Results, List of Passers

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Foresters are expected to release results of October 2025 Forester Licensure Exam (FLE) on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, two (2) working days after the exam.

The FLE Results 2025 include the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools.

PRC administered the Forester board exam on October 16 and 17, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Release of Results

Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the October 2025 Professional Foresters board exam results will be released on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, two (2) working days after the series of exams.

Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.

Verification of Rating

Forester board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.

Coverage of Examinations

The two-day examination covered topics from forest ecosystem and forest policy and governance, forest engineering and utilization and forest resources management.

Previous Examinations

In the October 2024 Forester Licensure Examination (FLE), the PRC released the results after three (3) working days. A total of 928 out of 1,574 examinees successfully passed the exam.

In the October 2023 FLE, results were also released after three (3) working days, with 1,076 out of 1,947 examinees passing the tests.

During the October 2022 Forester board exams, PRC announced the results within two (2) working days. Of the 2,034 examinees, 1,116 successfully passed.

Meanwhile, in the October 2021 Forester board exams, results were released after four (4) working days, with 443 out of 761 examinees passing the tests.
