Top Schools: October 2025 Chemical Technician board exam results

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the results of October 2025 Chemical Technician board exam given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.

PRC and the Board of Chemistry, composed of Hon. Adoracion P. Resurreccion, Chairman; Hon. Soledad S. Castañeda and Hon. Ma. Theresa C. Cayton, Members, administered the Chemist board exam on October 13 and 14, 2025 and Chemical Technician on October 15, 2025.

Previous Examinations

In the October 2024 Chemical Technician Licensure Examination (CTLE), the University of the Philippines–Los Baños (UPLB) emerged as the lone top-performing school, posting an impressive 90.57% passing rate, with 48 out of 53 examinees passing.

During the December 2023 Chemical Technician board exams, the Technological University of the Philippines–Visayas (TUP–Visayas) and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) were recognized as top-performing schools, both achieving a perfect 100% passing rate, with 87 and 50 successful examinees, respectively.

In the October 2022 Chemical Technician board exam, TUP–Visayas was once again the lone top-performing school, garnering a 100% passing rate as all 65 of its examinees passed.

Meanwhile, in the October 2021 Chemical Technician board exams, Adamson University, UPLB, and Mindanao State University–Marawi City shared the top spot, each obtaining a perfect 100% passing rate, with 46, 43, and 32 passers, respectively. Saint Louis University (SLU) followed closely with 99.38%, or 161 out of 162 examinees passing.

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the October 2025 Chemical Technician board exam results will be released on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, five (5) working days after the series of exams.

Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
