MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Chemical Engineer Licensure Exam (CHELE) top 10 or topnotchers together with other results – list of passers, top performing schools and performance of schools – are out online today, November 21, 2025, immediately after the last day of examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Chemical Engineer licensure exam (CHELE) computer-based exam on November 19, 20, and 21, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga and Rosales.

In the May 2025 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination, Patricia Isabel Rebancos Soriano of De La Salle University–Manila led the batch with a rating of 88.60%, followed closely by Aaron Paul dela Cruz Infante from the University of the Philippines–Visayas, Iloilo City, who placed second with 88.50%.
For the November 2024 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination, Kenn Rovikk Estacio Logdat of the University of the Philippines–Diliman topped the board with 90.90%, while Jeremie John Perigo Venteroso from the University of Mindanao, Davao City, secured second place at 90.50%.
In the May 2024 Chemical Engineers board exams, Miguel Siapno Bungalon from the University of the Philippines–Los Baños (UPLB) achieved the highest score of 87.30%, with Patrick Jay Buenviaje Garcia from Mapua University following in second place at 85.90%.
During the May 2023 Chemical Engineers board exams, Christian Jay Pagunuran Balboa of De La Salle University–Manila aced the board with 92.60%, while John Vincent Tiu Yu from the University of the Philippines–Diliman placed second with 89.10%.
In the October 2022 Chemical Engineers board exam, Jerome Ignatius Tan Garces from De La Salle University–Manila led the board with 89.30%, followed by Oliver Roy Prayon Mangosing from Xavier University, who ranked second with 88.30%.
