H-O Passers: November 2025 PNLE Results

MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Nursing (BoN) are expected to release results of the November 2025 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam (PNLE), or nursing board exam, on November 26, 2025, twelve (12) working days after the last day of the exam.

PRC conducted the PNLE on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.

Meanwhile, the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon Tino.

The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Chairman; Hon. Elizabeth C. Lagrito, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Marylou B. Ong, Hon. Merle L. Salvani, Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz and Hon. Carmelita C. Divinagracia Members.

Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) results will be released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, or within twelve (12) working days.

It is worth noting that the PRC released the May 2025 PNLE within five (5) working days.

With this, we advise examinees to begin monitoring for the PNLE results starting Friday, November 21, 2025.

Registration and Oathtaking

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: TBA

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Details of Oath-taking

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Coverage of Examinations

The November 2025 Nurse Licensure Exam has drawn basic knowledge, skills and attitudes in the major subject areas i.e. Fundamentals of Nursing including Professional Adjustments, Maternal and Child Nursing, Community Health and Communicable Disease Nursing, Nursing of Adolescents, adults and aged and Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing.

The examination tested competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows:

1. Patient Care Competencies (safe and quality nursing care, communication, collaboration and teamwork, health education)

2. Empowering Competencies (legal responsibilities, ethico-moral spiritual responsibilities and personal and professional

development)

3. Enabling competencies (management of resources and enviromment and records management)

4. Enhancing competencies (research and quality improvement)

PNLE is compposed of five (5) parts namely:

  • Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
  • Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
  • Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
  • Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
  • Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
