MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Radiologic Technology will release results of December 2025 X-Ray Technologist licensure exam (XTLE) on December 17, 2025, three (3) working days after the exam.
The complete XTLE results include the list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools.
PRC administered the computer-based XTLEin Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales and Tuguegarao on December 11 and 12, 2025.
The agency also conducted the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Exam (RTLE) on the same date.
The members of the Board of Radiologic Technology who gave the licensure examinations are Hon. Reynaldo Apolonio S. Tisado, Chairman; Hon. Orestes P. Monzon, Hon. Bayani C. San Juan, Hon. Ma. Jesette B. Canales and Hon. Roland P. Conanan, Members.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the December 2025 X-Ray Technologist licensure exam (XTLE) results will be released on December 17, 2025 (Wednesday).
Note that results maybe released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the said licensure examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC added.
Coverage of Examinations
Radiologic Technologists (Rad Tech) board exam covered the following subjects: radiologic physics, equipment and maintenance, radiobiology, radiation protection and quality assurance, image production and evaluation, radiographic procedures and techniques, and patient care, management, ethics and jurisprudence, human anatomy and physiology and medical terminology and radiological sciences.
Meanwhile, X-Ray Technologist 2-day exam covers the same subjects above excluding radiological sciences.

X-ray technologist is practicing technical application of x-rays in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries.
They are employed in x-ray facilities of hospitals and clinics.
