MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases full results of the February 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Exam (MPLE) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the first MPLE this year on February 19 and 20, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the February 2025 Master Plumber Licensure Examination (MPLE), Jeffrey Hugo de Castro of Cebu Institute of Technology–University led the passers with a rating of 87.90 percent. Jonas Salen Español of Camarines Norte State College–Daet and Demi Joyce Long Nicolas of Saint Louis University shared second place, both earning 85.70 percent.
During the same examination period, Rowill Christian Rodriguez Rempillo of the University of the Philippines–Diliman secured the top spot with 87.10 percent, narrowly ahead of Sean Aberin Dupaya of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas, who placed second with 87.00 percent.
In the July 2024 MPLE, Jobrylle John Tarrazona Simbahon from the Technological University of the Philippines–Visayas ranked first with 89.00 percent. Edric Andrew Deocales Fontelara of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Main followed in second place with 88.00 percent.
Meanwhile, in the February 2024 examination, Arllan Feoj Arnaiz Santillan of the University of Mindanao–Davao City topped the board with 88.80 percent. Adrian Duran Perez of De La Salle University–Manila and Niel Katipunan Leria Sadia II of Southern Luzon State University–Lucban tied for second place after both posted ratings of 87.50 percent.
