MANILA, Philippines – The complete results of the February 2026 Mechanical Engineering (ME) board exam, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are available here as released on Thursday, February 19, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Mechanical Engineering conducted the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga on February 11, 12, and 13, 2026.

Previous Examinations
In the August 2025 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE), John Kerwin Noche Enriquez of Batangas State University–Alangilan topped the board with a rating of 92.60%. Marjun Bustamante Espinosa of the University of Mindanao–Davao City followed in second place with 92.30%.
Meanwhile, in the February 2025 MELE, Nico Anthony Ferenal Tejano from the University of Cebu ranked first with 93.50%, while Ivan Joey Ablanido Gadot of Iloilo Science and Technology University placed second with 92.15%.
During the August 2024 Mechanical Engineer board exam, John Philip Minancillo of the University of Cebu led all passers with 90.60%. Carl Geoffrey del Mundo Sanchez from Batangas State University–Alangilan came in second with 90.20%.
Earlier, in the February 2024 Mechanical Engineer board exam, Rey Mediana Arcabal of the University of Mindanao–Davao City secured the top spot with 93.45%, followed by Bryan Paul Capinding Balancia of Saint Louis University with 92.20%.
