MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Monday, April 20, 2026, the complete results of the April 2026 Midwife Licensure Exam (MidLE) given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

PRC and the Board of Midwifery, composed of Hon. Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman; Hon. Lerma M. Valenzuela, Hon. Corazon F. Landicho and Hon. Lourdes S. Mangahas, Members, administered the Midwife board exam on April 14 and 15, 2026.

Previous Examinations

In the November 2025 Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE), Tagoloan Community College topped the schools in the 30 or more examinees category with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 85 of its candidates successfully passed. Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Main Campus ranked second, posting a 98.51% passing rate with 66 out of 67 examinees passing.

Similarly, in the April 2025 MLE, Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus led the same category with a flawless 100% passing rate, with all 82 of its examinees passing the exam. The University of Northern Philippines (UNP) – Vigan followed in second place, achieving a 97.56% passing rate or 40 passers out of 41 examinees.

In the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, St. Alexius College and Davao Medical School Foundation both recorded perfect 100% passing rates, producing 56 and 35 passers, respectively. Bohol Island State University (BISU) – Calape came next with an impressive 98.33% passing rate, equivalent to 59 out of 60 examinees passing.

Earlier, in the April 2024 MLE, BPSU – Main Campus also secured the top spot with a 98.46% passing rate, or 64 passers out of 65 examinees. Cavite State University (CavSU) placed second with a 94.59% passing rate, having 35 out of 37 examinees pass the exam.
