MANILA, Philippines – The ratings verification for the March 2026 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) will be available online several working days after the official results are released.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is scheduled to announce the list of examinees who passed the exam on Wednesday, April 8.

All examinees, regardless of passing or failing, can verify their individual ratings a few working days after the results are published.
To check your rating, visit the official PRC website and choose the Verification of Rating option under the Other eServices section.
You will be redirected to the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) page: https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification.
On the LERIS page, follow these steps:
Select the Exam Name (PHYSICIAN) and Exam Date (March 2026). Then enter your First Name, Last Name, Application Number, and Birthdate to view your rating.
Initial Registration
Online registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for new Physicians will take place on the schedule to be announced.

Registrants should visit PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for a smooth process. Ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal downloaded
- notice of admission (for identification purposes only)
- 2 passport-sized coloured photos with white background and complete name tag
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 short brown envelope
Successful examinees must register in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath-taking
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules a few days after the exam results are released.
- Face-to-face oathtaking: Register online by 12:00 NN the day before, print the QR-coded Oath Form, and bring it to the ceremony.
- Alternative options: Attend online oathtaking (register at least 5 days in advance) or request a special oathtaking; announcements will be posted once confirmed.
- Online oathtaking: Choose “e-OATH” on PRC’s website and print the Oath of Professional form.
- After oathtaking, proceed with Initial Registration by scheduling an appointment online.
