MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today the results of the April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam (REBLE), including list of topnotchers or top 10 passers.
PRC administered the Real Estate Brokers board exam on April 16, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
The April 2025 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE) was topped by Russell de Guzman Buencamino of Philippine Christian University (PCU)-Manila with a rating of 91.50%. Coleen Flores Malayao of the University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao and Christina Romella Navarro Uy of Trinity University of Asia shared second place with 91.25%.
For the April 2024 REBLE, John Joseph Zosa Kagatan of the University of Mindanao-Davao City ranked first with 92.25%, followed by Zheerex Faron Villero of the University of Cebu with 91.75%.
April 2023 REBLE results showed Gian Carlo Dominique Gallardo Bero of Lyceum of Alabang leading the passers with 87.00%, while Richelle Cang Ting, also from Lyceum of Alabang, placed second with 86.25%.
During the April 2022 REBLE, John Mark Vincent Gianan of Gardner College Diliman, Inc., Shirley Silva Mazon of Trinity University of Asia, and Pamela Ann Torres Perez, also from Trinity University of Asia, shared the top spot with 89.00%. Juliefe Pepito Cuenca of the University of Cebu and Eloisa Monique Pelisco Yepez of the University of Mindanao-Davao City followed in second place with 88.25%.
