MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Wednesday, April 22, the results of the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Exam (PhLE) given by the Board of Pharmacy in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
PRC administered the Pharmacist board exam on April 18 and 19, 2026.

Performance of Schools
The top performing schools in the April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024:

Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE), the University of Santo Tomas (UST) led the top-performing schools in the 100 or more examinees category with an outstanding 98.99% passing rate (197 out of 199). Saint Louis University followed closely in second place with a 98.05% passing rate (301 out of 307).
In the April 2025 PhLE, Mariano Marcos State University–Batac emerged as the top-performing school with a 91.38% passing rate (53 out of 58). Southwestern University (SWU) ranked second with an 86.67% passing rate (52 out of 60).
During the October 2024 PhLE, the University of the Philippines (UP)–Manila and Adamson University shared the top spot, both achieving a perfect 100% passing rate, with 58 and 53 passers, respectively. The University of San Carlos (USC) placed second with a 96.77% passing rate (60 out of 62).
Earlier, in the April 2024 PhLE, Mariano Marcos State University–Batac once again topped the list with a 96.88% passing rate (62 out of 64), while Southwestern University followed in second place with an 88.00% passing rate (44 out of 50).

PHLE Updates
Update (April 22, 2026, 9:30 AM): The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has confirmed that the results of the April 2026 PhLE will be released today.
In an official statement, PRC said: “Future RPhs, be ready as the results of the April 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination will be released soon! Hats off and cheers to the newest batch of licensed pharmacists!”
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, three (3) working days after the exams.
PRC Board News will update this page immediately once the results are out online. You may also monitor release of results on PRC's official website (prc.gov.ph).
