DOST RESULTS 2026 – The Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) Scholarship Exam Results for Academic Year 2026–2027 will be released this May 2026.
DOST-SEI announced that a total of 97,617 high school students took the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination on February 21 and 22, and March 7 and 8 across 222 testing centers nationwide.
Luzon accounted for the majority of examinees, with 57,951 hopefuls. Meanwhile, the Visayas and Mindanao regions recorded 21,227 and 18,439 examinees, respectively.
Extending beyond the Philippine archipelago, 48 aspiring scholars are scheduled to take the examination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a later date.
Due to budget limitations, the Institute said it will accommodate only 8,500 incoming first-year students for Fiscal Year 2026 — equivalent to just 8.71% of all examinees.
