MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, July 2, the complete results of the May 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Professional Teachers, including Elementary and Secondary Levels.
As announced, 41 elementary teachers out of 99 examinees (41.41%) and 126 secondary teachers out of 187 examinees (67.38%) successfully passed the SPLEPT.
The SPLE for Professional Teachers was held on May 31, 2026 in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairperson; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairperson; and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member
According to PRC, the conduct of SPLE for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) shall be in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1034 (s. 2017), Republic Act No. 8981 and Executive Order No. 835.

Release of Results
According to the PRC's advisory on the target release date of SPLE results, the results of the May 2026 SPLE for Professional Teachers are scheduled to be released on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
We advise takers to regularly monitor results announcements, as the results may be released earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
Initial Registration
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:

- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Coverage of Examination
The SPLE for teachers has the same scope with the regular LET in the Philippines: two (2) parts for Elementary — General Education (40%) and Professional Education (60%) — and three (3) parts for Secondary — General Education (20%), Professional Education (40%) and Specialization (40%).
