MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases full results of the July 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Exam (MPLE) on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the second MPLE this year on July 11 and 12, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations
In the February 2026 Master Plumber Licensure Examination (MPLE), Ed Ryan Magaipo Ruales of Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT)-University topped the board with a rating of 87.80%, while Drake Jasper Ferriol Fajilagmago of Batangas State University-Alangilan placed second with 86.90%.
During the July 2025 MPLE, Jeffrey Hugo de Castro of Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT)-University topped the board with a rating of 87.90%. Jonas Salen Español of Camarines Norte State College–Daet and Demi Joyce Long Nicolas of Saint Louis University tied for second place after both earned a rating of 85.70%.
In the February 2025 MPLE, Rowill Christian Rodriguez Rempillo of the University of the Philippines Diliman ranked first with a rating of 87.10%, edging Sean Aberin Dupaya of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas, who placed second with 87.00%.
Meanwhile, in the July 2024 MPLE, Jobrylle John Tarrazona Simbahon of the Technological University of the Philippines–Visayas topped the board with a rating of 89.00%, followed by Edric Andrew Deocales Fontelara of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Main, Sta. Mesa, who placed second with 88.00%.
