MTLE RESULTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the August 2026 Medical Technologist (MedTech) Licensure Exam (MTLE) results today, August 24, 2026, according to PRC Rating Division.
As announced, 4,204 out of 5,634 (74.62%) passed the August 2026 MTLE.
The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The release date was confirmed by the PRC Rating Division in an interview with The Summit Express. The results were delayed after PRC-affected offices implemented a work-from-home arrangement from August 17 to 20 due to continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon.
The MTLE was held on August 15 and 16, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Medical Technology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Marilyn A. Cabal-Barza, Chairperson; Hon. Leila Lany M. Florento and Hon. Maria Lourdes L. Gatbonton, Members.

According to PRC, those who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70% can register as Medical Laboratory Technician.

Schedule of Registration
Here's the schedule of online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for new MedTech and Certificate of Registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Enter the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
Those interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
Passers may secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
