MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the August 2026 Sanitary Engineer board exam on Thursday, August 27, 2026, one (1) working day after the exams.

PRC conducted the Sanitary Engineer Computer-based Licensure Exam (CBLE) on January 26, 27, and 28, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Rosales, Pampanga, and Tuguegarao.

Previous Examinations

Jose Luis Anterola Valencia of Batangas State University–Alangilan topped the January 2026 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination with a rating of 83.86%. Henry del Rosario Villanueva Jr. of the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP)–Quezon City followed in second place with 82.74%.

Mapúa University–Manila swept the top two spots in the August 2025 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination. Lara Isobel Estropia Valladolid ranked first with an 85.36% rating, followed by fellow Mapúan Donne Romir Hernandez Arenal, who earned 84.18% for second place.

Kiomit Manny Gimang Buloran of Mapúa University–Manila led the February 2025 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination (SELE) with a rating of 85.56%. Kareen Bernardino Garcia of National University–Manila placed second with 84.24%.

National University–Manila also claimed the top two spots in the August 2024 SELE, with Franz Dionisio Santos ranking first at 86.93% and Conrad Matthew Francisco Soriano placing second at 86.23%.
