CELE RESULTS 2026 – The September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) results, including the complete list of passers, top 10 examinees (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC administered the second regular Civil Engineering board exam this year on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.
The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairperson; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

Release of Results
div style="background-color: #ebf5fb; border-radius: 8px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 10px 20px;">According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.
The release of the CELE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the March 2026 CELE results were also released five (5) working days after the last day of the examinations.
We advise examinees to start monitoring the release of results beginning Wednesday, September 30.

Registration Details
Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced (TBA)
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Coverage of Examinations
The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:
- Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
- Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
- Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
Previous Examinations
In the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results five (5) working days after the last day of the examinations. A total of 6,438 out of 18,370 examinees passed, with Rico Quiñones Elao of Cebu Technological University-Main and Marc Zendrijk Valdez Pasumbal of Mapua University-Manila sharing the top spot with identical ratings of 94.10%.
For the November 2025 CELE, the PRC likewise released the results five (5) working days after the examinations. Of the 14,043 examinees, 4,268 passed the licensure exam. Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the examination with a rating of 91.75%.
In the April 2025 CELE, results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations. A total of 4,940 out of 16,913 examinees passed, while Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila ranked first with a rating of 93.00%.
For the November–December 2024 CELE, the PRC announced the results three (3) working days after the examinations. Of the 18,436 examinees, 6,835 passed the licensure exam. Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu topped the examination with a rating of 93.25%.
