MANILA, Philippines – The October 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) results, including the complete list of passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.

PRC administered the Pharmacist Licensure Exam on October 15 and 16, 2026 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, three (3) working days after the exams.

The release of the PhLE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the April 2026 PhLE results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Registration and Oathtaking

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Verification of Ratings

Pharmacist board exam's verification of ratings can be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
