MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on October 19, 2026, the complete results of October 2026 Chemist Licensure Exam (CLE) and Chemical Technician Licensure Exam (CTLE) given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.

PRC and the Board of Chemistry, composed of Hon. Adoracion P. Resurreccion, Chairman; Hon. Soledad S. Castañeda and Hon. Ma. Theresa C. Cayton, members, administered the CLE on October 13 and 14, 2026 and CTLE on October 12, 2026.

Previous Examinations

In the October 2025 Chemist Licensure Examination (CLE), the University of the Philippines – Los Baños (UPLB) was the top-performing school, with 62 out of 65 examinees passing for a 95.38% passing rate. Meanwhile, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) topped the Chemical Technician Licensure Examination (CTLE), achieving a perfect 100% passing rate as all 58 examinees passed.

For the October 2024 CLE, UPLB was the sole top-performing school, recording a 90.57% passing rate, with 48 out of 53 examinees passing. In the CTLE, the Technological University of the Philippines – Visayas was the lone top-performing school, with all 67 examinees passing for a 100% passing rate.

PRC Updates

Update as of 1:57 PM, October 19, 2026: PRC confirmed that ChLE-CBLE and CTLE results will be released today.

To quote, PRC said: "In just a few more hours and the wait will finally be over! The results of the October 2026 Chemists Computer-Based Licensure Examination (ChLE-CBLE) and Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination (CTLE) will be released soon! "

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the October 2026 Chemical Technician Licensure Exam results will be released on Monday, October 19, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
