MANILA, Philippines – The October 2026 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) results, including the list of top performing schools and performance of schools, are released on Thursday, October 15, 2026, four (4) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC administered the second regular Physician board exam this year on October 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Previous Top-Performing Schools

In the March 2026 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE), Far Eastern University–Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation led the category of schools with 100 or more examinees, posting a 94.83% passing rate as 165 out of 174 examinees passed. Davao Medical School Foundation topped the 50–99 examinees category with an 87.80% passing rate, with 72 out of 82 examinees passing.

For the October 2025 PLE, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila emerged as the top-performing school in the 100 or more examinees category, achieving a 99.05% passing rate as 104 out of 105 examinees passed. Meanwhile, Cebu Institute of Medicine (CIM) led the 50–99 examinees category with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 78 examinees passed the examination.

In the March 2025 PLE, Xavier University was recognized as the lone top-performing school, recording an 80.70% passing rate after 46 out of 57 examinees passed.

During the October 2024 PLE, the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila topped the schools with 100 or more examinees, posting a 96.97% passing rate as 160 out of 165 examinees passed. CIM followed with a 95.31% passing rate, with 122 out of 128 examinees successfully passing the examination.
