The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced on Thursday, September 1, the full list of passers for August 2016 Medical Technologist (Medtech) board exam. Silliman University (SU) alumna Roselle Louise Luga Publico topped the licensure exam with 91.10-percent grade.
