UPLB and UB are top performing schools for April 2013 REE board exam

PRC listed University of the Philippines -Los BAÑOS (UPLB) and University of Batangas (UB) among the top performing schools for April 2013 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board examination. Both institutions got 100% passing rate, 19 of 19 and 17 of 17 respectively.
