The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces on Tuesday that 641 out of 1,181 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao this January 2013.

The members of the Board of Pharmacy are Ms. Marilyn M. Young-Tiu, Chairman and Ms. Jennifer M. Flores, Member.
The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.
Exam is composed of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Practice of Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 but not later than January 25, 2013.
Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or
Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short plastic envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
For January 2012 exam, results released in one working day after the last day of exam (PRC named 576 out of 1,109 new pharmacists). Meanwhile, results of July 2012 pharmacists board exam is released in about 5 working days (1,117 out of 1,770 new pharmacists). Generally, release date depends on the total numbers of examinees if you've noticed.
