According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Talisay City College (TCC) is the only top performing school for March 2013 Teacher's Board exam (LET) Elementary Level. TCC garnered a whooping 90.24 passing percentage or 74 out of 82 passed the board.

For Secondary Level, University of the Philippines - Diliman (UPD) is consistent on top having 95.00 percent passing rate or 57 out of 60. Saint Louis University (SLU) is close in second with 94.92%. UST, USC, PLM and TUP-Cavite complete the list of top performing schools.
