MANILA, Philippines - Despite the clash between Maute group and the military personnel, a Mindanao State University (MSU)-Marawi graduate Paramisuli Sevilla Aming was able to get the top spot in the July 2017 Social Worker board exam, garnering a rating of 86.00 percent.
Saint Theresa's College -Cebu graduate Apple Mae Bacalo Opit placed second with 85.60%.
It was followed by University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman graduate Aleah Joy Cabusao Tanaquin, 84.80%.

Among the schools in the top 10 spots were graduates of Universidad de Santa Isabel, University of Mindanao - Davao City, Saint Louis University, Central Philippines University, Bicol University and Leyte Normal University.
PRC said that a total of 3,951 out of 5,997 (65.88%) passed the licensure examination.
The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places or topnotchers in the July 2017 Social Worker board exam are the following:
