UPD is November 2012 Chem Eng Board Exam Top Performing School

PRC announced that University of the Philippines- Diliman (UPD) is the only top performing school in the November 2012 Chemical Engineer Board Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010.

The resolution states that in order for a school to be considered for best school on licensure exam, should have 50 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE.

UPD got 91.75 percent or 89 out of 97 examinees passed the November 27-29, 2012 board exam.

Other good performing schools but not reached at least 50 examinees are: Ateneo de Davao University, DLSU-Manila, University of San Carlos and UP-Visayas.

The performance of schools in the November 2012 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:
