MELE RESULTS 2026 – The August 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE) results, including the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools, and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, three (3) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the licensure exams in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on August 7, 8, and 9, 2026.
The agency also conducted the computer-based Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) board exam on the same date in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, and Pampanga.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the August 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE) results will be released on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, three (3) working days after the tests.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
The registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the August 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Exam (MELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Coverage of Examination
The ME board exam covered the following subjects: industrial and power plant engineering (Day 1); mathematics, engineering economics and basic engineering services, machine design, materials and shop practice (Day 2).
Previous Examinations
In the February 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results three (3) working days after the last day of the examinations. A total of 3,264 out of 6,294 examinees passed the MELE. Meanwhile, 100 out of 120 examinees passed the Certified Plant Mechanics Computer-Based Licensure Examination (CPMLE).
For the August 2025 MELE, PRC announced the results four (4) working days after the examinations. A total of 1,554 out of 3,808 examinees passed the licensure exam. In the CPMLE, 84 out of 159 examinees successfully passed.
In the February 2025 MELE, results were released three (3) working days after the examinations. The exam recorded 3,089 passers out of 6,318 examinees, while 30 out of 84 examinees passed the Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) board exams.
