PRC Baguio announces December 2012 NLE passers registration and oathtaking schedule for Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag

PRC Regional Office in Baguio announces registration schedule for December 2012 Nurse Licensure Examinations (NLE) passers for Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag.

"Successful examinees in Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag shall be registered by the Baguio Regional Office pursuant to Commission Office Order No. 2009-90 dated February 19, 2009 which sets a “Register Where You Applied for Exam” policy. ", BRO said.

Before the month-end of January or 30 working days after last day of exam, PRC released the much-awaited results of December 2012 NLE.

Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.

The Baguio Regional Office coordinated and supervised the NLE in the cities of Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan, and Laoag. In Baguio, 992 of 3,568 (28%) examinees successfully passed the exam. In Dagupan, 402 of 1,743 (23%) passed while in Cabanatuan, 270 of 1,405 (19%) examinees passed. In Laoag, 291 of 850 (34%) examinees passed.

To decongest the Regional Office and to enable passers to save on travel time and expenses, the Regional Office will process initial registration on the following dates:

Registrants shall personally register in order to sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals with the following requirements:
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • 2013 Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
  • Two (2) pieces passport-size pictures and One (1) piece 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and name
  • Original and photocopy of NSO
  • Initial Registration Fee of P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2013-2016.
