PmLE Results 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE), including the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, and performance of schools, on or before September 23, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the Psychometrician board exam, formerly BLEPP, on September 1 and 2, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.
PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2243, Series of 2026, the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE) results will be released on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, within three (3) working days after the tests.
The release date may still change and could be posted ahead or later than the target date. We advise examinees to bookmark this page and follow our social media channels for the latest updates and official announcements from the PRC.
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC announced that the initial registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.

All successful examinees are required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals as part of the official process.
Details regarding the mass oathtaking ceremony—including the date and venue—will be released in a separate announcement by the PRC.
Verification of Ratings
Verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Exams
The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results within four (4) working days. Of the 14,275 examinees, 12,416 passed. Dandean Lago Bernabe of the University of San Jose-Recoletos topped the examination with a rating of 90.00%.
In the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the PRC released the results within five (5) working days. A total of 7,478 out of 10,717 examinees passed, with Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University topping the examination with a rating of 88.00%.
In the August 2023 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the PRC likewise released the results within five (5) working days. A total of 6,133 out of 8,370 examinees passed, with Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes of Bulacan State University–Malolos topping the examination with a rating of 89.60%.
