A-G List of Passers: September 2026 PmLE Results

MANILA, Philippines – The September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE), including the complete list of passers, are released on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of the exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the PmLE on September 1 and 2, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.

The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.

PRC also conducted the Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Exam on the same date and testing centers. The results were released just one day after the exams.

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2243, Series of 2026, the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE) results will be released on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, within three (3) working days after the tests.

The release date may still change and could be posted ahead or later than the target date. We advise examinees to bookmark this page and follow our social media channels for the latest updates and official announcements from the PRC.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC announced that the initial registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.

All successful examinees are required to personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals as part of the official process.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-taking

The PRC will announce the oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
