PmLE Results 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE), including the list of topnotchers (top 10 passers), on or before September 23, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.

PRC administered the Psychometrician board exam, formerly BLEPP, on September 1 and 2, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.

Note: The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.

PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Previous Examinations

The September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination was topped by Dandean Lago Bernabe of the University of San Jose-Recoletos, who earned a rating of 90.00%. Johnsel Malayao Torre of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas followed in second place with 89.60%.

Results of the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination were led by Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University (HAU), who secured the top spot with a rating of 88.00%. Fellow HAU graduate Airis Roshaine Teodoro Gomez ranked second with 87.20%.

The August 2023 Psychometrician Licensure Examination saw Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes of Bulacan State University–Malolos emerge as the topnotcher with a rating of 89.60%. Nyle Kate Gabinete Matias of the University of Mindanao–Davao City and Coleen Sumadia Ylagan of St. Alexius College shared second place, both earning 88.80%.
