MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named the topnotchers or top 10 passers in the October 2019 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam as results are released on Friday, October 25, 2019 or in four (4) working days after the exam.
The Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Lucena and Tuguegarao on October 19 and 20.

Based on PRC Resolution No. 1127 series of 2018, the target release of ECE board exam results is on Friday, October 25 or in four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
But we advise examinees to monitor announcement of results as early as Thursday, October 24.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the same period last year, Daniel Dilag Cabrales of Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) - Manila topped the ECE board exam with 92.00%. Justine Allen Cayanan Arciga from Holy Angel University (HAU) followed with 90.30%.
In the October 2017 Electronics Engineering board exam, Dino Dominic Forte Ligutan of De La Salle University (DLSU) - Manila led the passers with 94.40%. Williard Joshua Decena Jose of University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman ranked second with 93.40%.
In the October 2016 exams, Masaru Quemquem Nakaegawa of University of Santo Tomas (UST) aced the board with 92.30%. Meryl Andal Aldover of De La Salle University (DLSU) - Lipa, Ronnel Padiernos Dayawon of University of the East (UE) - Caloocan, Marlon Tagolino Moscare of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Taguig and Moises dela Cruz Ramos of Saint Louis University (SLU) ranked second with identical average grade of 89.30%.
