MANILA, Philippines – The complete results of the October 2025 Optometrist Licensure Examination (OLE), including the list of top schools and performance of schools, are expected to be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
PRC conducted the Optometrist Written licensure exam on October 1, 2, and 3 and October 6-10 and 13, 2025 for the Practical exam in Manila.

Previous Examinations
During the October 2024 Optometrists Licensure Examination (OLE), Manila Central University – Caloocan City emerged as the top-performing school with a 98.15% passing rate. Centro Escolar University (CEU) – Manila followed with 96.92%, or 126 out of 130 examinees passing the exam.
The October 2023 OLE recognized Southwestern University (SWU) as the lone top-performing school, achieving an 88.89% passing rate (32 out of 36 passed).
In the October 2022 OLE, SWU again earned the distinction of being the sole top-performing school with 85.53% or 65 out of 76 passers.
Meanwhile, in the December 2021 OLE, Centro Escolar University (CEU) – Manila led the list of top-performing schools with a 93.60% passing rate, equivalent to 117 out of 125 examinees passing.
