MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of October 2025 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE) or Physician board exam on Thursday, October 16, 2025, four (4) working days after the exam. View here for the list of topnotchers.
Kharam Baricaua Molbog of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) secured the top spot in the board exam with an impressive rating of 91.17%.
Following closely, Eris Orlan Sto. Domingo Muñoz of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) placed second with a rating of 90.67%.
PRC administered the second regular Physician board exam this year on October 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Previous Topnotchers
In the March 2025 Physician Licensure Examination (PLE), Adrian Eleazar Go from Cebu Institute of Medicine (CIM) emerged as the topnotcher with a rating of 87.75%, followed by Joseph Benjamin Shea Perez from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with 87.25%.
For the October 2024 PLE, Isaac Edron Jones Orig from Davao Medical School Foundation led the passers with an impressive 89.33%, while Rolter Lorenz Mispeñas Lee from UST placed second with 89.25%.
Meanwhile, in the April 2024 PLE, Christopher Niño Duane Camay Mendoza from Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine, Inc. topped the board with 89.25%. He was closely followed by Edison Yu Ong from UST, who ranked second with 89.08%.
In the October 2023 PLE, Justin Riley Yap Lam from Cebu Institute of Medicine also claimed the top spot with 89.00%, while Miguel Enrique Singson Roa from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health came in second with 88.58%.
