MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially released results of October 2025 Veterinarian board exam on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, immediately after the exam. View here the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers.
Xyryl Lynx Lizardo Doctor from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) topped the exam with a rating of 91.04%, while fellow CLSU graduate John King Ugot Valdez followed closely in second place with 90.64%.
PRC administered the Veterinary licensure exam (VLE) in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, and Tuguegarao on October 27, 28 and 29, 2025.

Previous Examinations
In the October 2024 Veterinarian Licensure Examination (VLE), Adrian Alex Pama Lo from Central Mindanao University (CMU) secured the top spot with a rating of 89.30%. Coming in second was John-john Rodil Fatalla from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) with 87.82%.
During the October 2023 VLE, Juridico Babiano from De La Salle – Araneta University, Inc. led the passers with a score of 84.28%, followed by Clarissa Therese Montilla Mordeno from Central Mindanao University (CMU), who placed second with 84.04%.
In the March 2023 examination, Maria Adrianna Isabella Gray Claravall from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) topped the board with 83.58%, while fellow UPLB graduate Nikki Flores Pasion ranked second with 82.60%.
Meanwhile, in the September 2022 board exams, Kenny Vergara Pique from UPLB claimed the highest spot with 84.90%. Another UPLB alumna, Regina Isabelle Jaimee Ignacio Ranada, followed closely in second place with 84.52%.
