MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Customs Brokers are expected to release results of the November 2025 Customs Broker board exam on November 20, 2025, two (2) working days after the exam.
The CBLE results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC administered the Customs Broker board exam on Monday and Tuesday, November 17 and 18, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Cebu, Lucena, and Davao.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure Exam (CBLE) results will be released on Thursday, November 20, 2025, two (2) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day exam covered the following subjects: customs law, rules, ethics and customs broker practices, customs documentation, clearance and procedures, tariff law, rules and regulations and internal trade, classification and practical computations.
Previous Examinations
The November 2024 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination (CBLE) results were released in three (3) working days, with 1,265 out of 2,871 examinees successfully passing.
For the November 2023 Customs Broker board exam, the PRC also released the results in three (3) working days, reporting that 1,579 out of 2,767 examinees passed.
In the November 2022 Customs Broker board exam, the PRC announced the results in just two (2) working days, with 873 out of 1,879 examinees making the cutoff.
During the November 2021 Customs Broker board exam, results were issued within three (3) working days, with 282 out of 821 examinees passing.
