MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the top performing schools in the November 2025 Customs Broker board exam. View as well on this page the performance of schools as released today, November 20, two (2) working days after the exam.
PRC administered the Customs broker licensure exam (CBLE) on Monday and Tuesday, November 17 and 18, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Cebu, Lucena, and Davao.

Previous Examinations
In the November 2024 Customs Brokers Licensure Exam (CBLE), Adamson University stood out as the lone top-performing school after posting an impressive 82.22% passing rate, with 37 of its 45 examinees passing.
For the November 2023 Customs Broker board exam, Adamson University once again led the list with an 85.71% passing rate or 54 passers out of 63 examinees. Batangas State University – Batangas City followed in second place with an 81.41% passing rate, producing 127 passers out of 156 candidates.
In the November 2022 Customs Broker board exam, Batangas State University – Batangas City earned the lone top-performing distinction with an 82.86% passing rate, as 58 of its 70 examinees passed.
During the November 2021 Customs Broker board exam, no school met the criteria to be included in the top-performing schools list.
In the November 2019 Customs Broker board exam, the International School of Asia and the Pacific (ISAP) secured the lone top-performing spot with an 80.56% passing rate, producing 58 passers out of 72 examinees.
